Added server FPS to the NetworkPerfOverlay.
Changed the high tickrate rcon flag to need a server restart – fixes the issues at start of round post changing the tickrate issue.
Fixed vaulting – in general!
This issue showed when playing on high tickrate servers, but exists in the main game. The issue was that vaulting used animation driven controls of the character – and if your framerate dipped, it would de-sync the client and server – which in turn would fail the vault.
This fix also will affect all other animation driven systems – like climbing ladders etc. Please let us know if you see any new issues related to something like that!
